INSIGHT

Snugpak wanted to launch a Brand Ambassador program to share stories of adventurers via their website and social media.

The retailer and manufacturer of outdoor clothing has a number of explorers and trekkers who choose their products, with the aim of the program looking to highlight them and their recent travels.

 

IDEA

We help manage the relationship between Snugpak and their ambassadors, looking through created content and briefing them ahead of their next expedition.

Our team not only support the ambassadors with their requests, but we search the globe to find and identify future ambassadors.

 

IMPACT

They create content all over the world, all using specific Snugpak equipment to ensure they are looked after throughout their journey.

Ambassadors have included adventure writer Wendy Searle, documentary photographer Ed Gold and the Royal Navy’s Skeleton Bobsleigh Team.

The content they create is turned into informative and original social posts and articles to inspire other outdoor enthusiasts.
